HARP is a program designed to help individuals and communities prepare to respond to and recover from emergencies. Natural Disasters such as hurricanes, tsunamis and earthquakes are the focus of our KKHARP Program.
HARP is a series of 10 Modules. The first 5 focus on what our individual risks are and how we should prepare to take care of ourselves, our families and our neighbors for at least a week. The last 5 are designed to help us prepare our community to respond to and recover from an emergency.
Meetings are held at the Kaneohe District Park on the last Monday of the month at 6:30pm
